新北市國民小學學生知覺教師情緒勞務及其情緒智力之研究

本研究旨在探討新北市國民小學學生知覺教師情緒勞務及其情緒智力之現況與關係。研究方法採問卷調查法,以541位高年級學生為研究對象。調查所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定及多元迴歸等方法進行分析,研究結果如下:一、新北市國民小學學生知覺教師整體情緒勞務達中上程度;整體情緒智力表現達中上程度。二、新北市國民小學女學生在知覺教師「情緒勞務規範」層面及整體平均得分高於男學生;且女學生在「認識他人的情緒」、「人際關係管理」層面及整體平均得分高於男學生。三、新北市國民小學六年級學生在知覺教師「表層演出」、「情緒勞務規範」、「情緒勞務多樣性」層面及整體平均得分高於五年級學生,且六年級學生在「管理自我情緒」層面平均得分高於五年級學生。四、新北市國民小學學生知覺教師情緒勞務對情緒智力具預測力,其中,學生知覺「情緒勞務規範」程度越高,對其情緒智力表現也越佳。

【英文摘要】
The research aims to explore the current situation and relationships between students' perception of teachers' emotional labor and their emotional intelligence in elementary schools in New Taipei City. The study adopts a questionnaire survey and selected 541 senior graders of ten elementary schools as the research objects. The data obtained from the survey were been analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and multiple regression. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The students’ perception of teachers' emotional labor is medium to high, and the performance of emotional intelligence is medium to high. 2. Gender has caused significant differences in perception of teachers' emotional labor and emotional intelligence of elementary school students. That is, female students’ perception of teachers' emotional labor were higher than males. Moreover, emotional intelligence of female students’ were higher than males. 3. Grade has also caused significant differences in perception of teachers' emotional labor and emotional intelligence of elementary school students. In other words, sixth grade students’ perception of teachers' emotional labor were higher than fifth ones. Furthermore, emotional intelligence of sixth grade students were higher than fifth ones. 4. The three dimensions of students' perception of teachers' emotional labor all have a significant impact on their emotional intelligence. Moreover, "regulations of emotional labor" have a stronger positive impact on emotional intelligence. Based on the above results, relevant suggestions were made for education departments, school administration departments, teachers, and future researchers.
