本研究旨在探討大學生社會自我效能、依附風格與社會焦慮之間的關聯,並探討社會自我效能於依附風格與社會焦慮之間如何扮演中介變項的角色。研究工具包含社會自我效能、依附風格及社會焦慮量表,研究對象為臺灣地區之四年制大學生460人。重要研究發現如下:一、社會自我效能與安全依附呈正相關,社會自我效能與焦慮依附、逃避依附呈負相關,社會自我效能與社會焦慮呈負相關;安全依附與社會焦慮呈負相關,焦慮依附、逃避依附與社會焦慮呈正相關。二、社會自我效能於安全依附與社會焦慮間具有部分中介效果,越傾向安全依附,社會自我效能越高,社會焦慮越低;社會自我效能於焦慮依附、逃避依附與社會焦慮間具有部分中介效果,越傾向焦慮依附、逃避依附,社會自我效能越低,社會焦慮越高。最後依據研究結果,提出研究與實務建議,以供參考。

英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between social self-efficacy, attachment style and social anxiety, and to understand whether social self-efficacy played a role of mediator variable between attachment style and social anxiety. The research instruments were social self-efficacy scale, attachment style scale and social anxiety scale. 460 students of four-year college students in Taiwan were recruited as research subjects. The major findings were as follows: First, social self-efficacy and secure attachment are positively correlated, social self-efficacy and preoccupied attachment, avoidant attachment are negatively correlated, social self-efficacy and social anxiety are negatively correlated; secure attachment and social anxiety are negatively correlated, preoccupied attachment, avoidant attachment and social anxiety are positively correlated. Second, social self-efficacy produced a partial mediating effect between secure attachment style and social anxiety in college students, and the higher the secure attachment, the higher the social self-efficacy and the lower the social anxiety; social self-efficacy produced a partial mediating effect between preoccupied attachment, avoidant attachment and social anxiety in college students, and the higher the preoccupied attachment, avoidant attachment, the lower the social self-efficacy and the higher the social anxiety.
