霍穆斯比較教育問題解決法之剖析

比較教育方法論為進行比較教育結果優劣的關鍵,霍穆斯(Brian Holmes)首創比較教育問題解決法影響比較教育甚鉅。本文旨在運用文獻分析法,以詮釋霍穆斯比較教育問題解決法的五步驟(問題的選擇與分析、政策提案的擬訂、相關因素的確認、預測政策所可能產生的結果,以及比較邏輯預測的結果與可能觀察到的事件)為基礎,先解析問題解決法的五步驟,重新詮釋其問題解決法論架構,再以金恩對霍穆斯兩者比較教育方法論差異的視角,試著提出霍穆斯比較教育問題解決法更完善的三項觀點,即:強化問題解決法論「五步法」反饋功能;依資料的特殊性採取「多元分類」,而非侷限「四模式」;善用重複實驗預測,尋求最適合的教改政策。

英文摘要
The methodology of comparative education is the key to the results of comparative education. Brian Holmes proposed that the comparative education problem- solving method has a great impact on comparative education. The purpose of this paper is to use the literature analysis method to interpret the five steps of Holmes's comparative education problem- solving method. Five steps of law, reinterpret its problem-solving methodology framework, and further from the King's perspective of the difference between the two comparative education methodologies, try to put forward three points of view that Holmes's comparative education problem-solving method is more perfect, that is, to strengthen the "five-step method " feedback function of problem-solving method; We should take "multiple classifications" of the data instead of "four models"; and make good use of the function of repeated experimental prediction to find the most appropriate educational innovation policy.
