英文摘要
Children's books are one of the important resources for children's learning. In recent years, multimedia children's books are very common in the market, and children have more and more opportunities to access multimedia children's books. Parents also expect these innovative reading methods and tools to bring children better learning opportunities. This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate the expectations of parents of preschool children on the effectiveness of interactive multimedia children's books.
This study collected 384 valid questionnaires. The results show that parents have high expectations on the effectiveness of learning attitudes, subject, and daily live applications. Among them, the expectations of learning attitudes are the highest, the daily live applications are second, and the expectations in the learning subject are the lowest. Moreover, the age, education level and the proportion of interactive multimedia children's books at home will affect parents' expectations. Finally, parents have similar views on the effectiveness of children's learning and do not vary from different regions.
The study also provides suggestions to interactive multimedia children's book publishers on product development, marketing strategies, and follow-up research, with a view to a more comprehensive view of interactive multimedia children's books.
