隨著勞動權益觀念的進步,以及學術研究上針對企業工作-生活平衡的發現,勞動者、企業與政府都開始著重於營造三贏的局面。在過去的研究當中,國內外學者基於不同理論出發點檢驗各項企業的干預措施為員工的工作-生活平衡所帶來的幫助,惟國內目前對於工作-生活平衡的研究文獻大多為實證研究上的檢驗結果,尚缺乏回顧性的文獻整理與企業干預措施上的討論。為補足此研究缺口,本文藉由回顧工作-生活平衡有關文獻及其干預措施的做法,為企業整理改善工作環境的人力資源管理手段,以提供實務上主動預防措施的參考。

英文摘要
The advancement of the perception of labor rights and past research on work-life balance benefits for enterprises, workers, enterprises, and governments have created a win-win situation. In the past study, scholars have tested the help of various interventions for employees' work-life balance based on different theories. However, most of the current domestic literature on work-life balance is based on empirical research. As a result, there is still a lack of systematic literature reviews and discussions on organizations' interventions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to fill the gap. Reviewing work-life balance and organizations' intervention allows companies to improve the working environment as a proactive preventive measure in practice.
