台日現代文學中的台灣棒球表象：以「假球事件」之書寫為中心   Representation of “Taiwanese’s Baseball”in the Japanese and Taiwan Literature：Interpreting Match-Fixing Scandals 簡中昊 CHINE CHUNG HAO

【中文摘要】 百餘年間，臺灣民眾投注在棒球上的認同與情感乃是絕無僅有。棒球同時也是臺灣發聲的手段，為「殖民地臺灣」、「中華民國／臺灣」彰顯，成為名符其實的「國球」。然而自1990年代末起接連爆發的「假球」事件，為「國球」蒙上陰影。「國球」與「假球」對臺灣而言究竟意味著什麼？本文從台日文本比較的角度試論之。 日本推理小說作家馳星周、船戶與一於事件伊始便取材書寫，非是偶然：推理需要「犯罪」，這也顯示出他們對臺灣社會的關注；並藉由描寫「假球」，引出對台灣殖民史乃至於近代東亞史的關心，成為當代「親日台灣」論述中的異端。在臺灣方面，1970年代，小野〈封殺〉為棒球小說之始，也被認為是預言假球問題之作。2010年代初至今，臺灣作家秀霖與朱宥勳分別以小說《國球的眼淚》和《暗影》召喚「讀者／國民」的共感，凝聚出「國球／棒球」的現代意義。 相較於日本作家以假球事件為引，追究殖民地統治的責任，台灣作家則藉由書寫點出「國球」的時代性、假球事件與台灣社會的共鳴，以此持續追究國球的本質。

【英文摘要】 Baseball has turned into a “national sport.” However, a series of match-fixing scandals since the 1990s have cast a shadow over the national sport. What do “national sport” and “match fixing” mean for Taiwan? Japanese mystery writers, Seishū Hase and Yoichi Funado, have used Taiwan’s match-fixing scandals for creative material. However, “match fixing” has not been the main focus of their work. Rather, it has been used as a “literary device” to advance the plot. In Taiwan, 1970s’ a short story ”Forced out” is considered to be the frist Baseball Novel. From the beginning of the 2010s to the present, two Taiwanese movies, Tears of the National Sport and The Shadow, try to generate shared feelings between the “reader/national subject”, and attempting to encourage the reader to reflect on “match fixing” and “national sport.”
